Unlock the mechanism and turn the complete fixture 90 degrees (either clockwise or counterclockwise, depending on the model). When the connectors are even with the length of the track, the fixture can become free and you can remove it. Take the fixture to the space you want to have it illuminate. Align the direction of the tabs with the length of the track. Lift the fixture up into the track and turn the body of the fixture 90 degrees the opposite direction that you used to detach it. When it is fully seated, you may hear the locking mechanism click. Insert a brand new light bulb into the lighting canister and turn the circuit back on.
Do not forget to turn off electricity off prior to working on an electric issue. Never flip the light fixture using the head, or canister portion of the body. Always flip it as near the bottom (near the track) as you are able, or the fixture could break.
